Luis Diaz

Born in Puerto Rico, Luis came to Rockaway when he was a young boy. He attended Far Rockaway High School and has been here ever since. 

For the past 30 years Luis has been a janitor at the West End Temple. Today he also helps to maintain the RISE Center. 

His children have all gone into professional careers in the military and police force throughout the country. He is a proud dad and a very sweet man.

His favorite pick is the Boardwalk Bagel.
